Courier and Payment Gateway

superstars.com.my will not be responsible for any individual lost during the delivery, as well as causes of individual lost and delivery being unable to arrive due to incorrect information provided by the customer. When customers make payments through our payment gateway service providers, there is a minimum shipping and handling fee on all orders which the buyer will bear the postage. Please note that the product weight of certain items shown during payment is different from the item specifications, as it includes the boxes and packaging. Installation is not included in the online sales service. We currently use DHL, GD Express, ABX Express, J&T Express and Poslaju courier services, as well as our in-house delivery service.

 

In-House Delivery Service

Our in-house delivery service is able to deliver big, bulky, and heavy appliances to the inside of your house/office address within the areas of Klang Valley only. For big and heavy items totalling above 30KG are eligible, as well as the order total amount must be more than RM1000.

 

Self Collection

Website order processing is only done during Monday to Friday; we do not process website orders on weekends and public holidays. Unprocessed website orders are not possible for self-collection.

 

Stock Location

Our stock is located at multiple locations; we require time to make arrangements for stock to arrive at our shipping station to make deliveries to customers. Hence, shipping time to customers may vary depending on stock transit time.

 

Price Tag

Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice due to the changing nature of the market and foreign exchange fluctuations. The price of an item is likely to be different at our store; we do not recommend customers to use our online shopping website as a reference for the price tag and then shop with the price at our store.
